David brings an ability to collaborate, facilitate and align executive relationships at Board, Senior Leadership and management levels to drive focus, lead change, and transform organizations.

David has unique capabilities in building alignment on clearly defined business outcomes to constructively facilitate and challenge business direction to ultimately design transformational strategies that integrate perspectives across Business Units, Divisions and multiple functions such as; Information Technology, People & Culture, Data & Advanced Analytics, DevOps, and Business Operations or Shared Services.

David’s work spans retail, consumer products, industrial manufacturing, higher Education, healthcare, financial services, energy & oil services industries and clients with large scale, global operations to a startup.

David has demonstrated the ability to facilitate executive level change and achieved year-over-year success in achieving revenue, margin, and business growth leveraging business process transformation, agility, digital and data analytics.

David has built a reputation of integrity and quality of service by delivering quantified business results to clients utilizing competencies in strategy development, process reinvention, data analytics, and technology enablement. David also serves as an Executive Coach to the C-Suite across the Fortune 1000. As part of his work senior leaders have received promotions inside and outside of their organizations as well as leadership growth.

David is the founder of Kruzner Advisory Partners. He previously was head of Global Consulting and Innovation for iGATE Technology Services (now CapGemini). He also plays a strategic role collaborating with think tanks including; The HBS Digital Initiative, and the Cash Catalyst Executive Program, led by Dr. James Cash. David is also a Board of Advisor to startups such as Rezolve.ai (AI). He also serves as an adjunct Professor for an MBA Strategy course.

Mercer currently serves as the Head of Research and Customer Experience for Kruzner Advisory Partners.

Mercer’s role includes leading our client and industry-based research needs.

Mercer brings a background in client research and discovering industry-based leading or “best fit” practices.

Mercer also is the first line of contact in fielding incoming questions from current clients as well as prospective clients.
