Problem Statement

Our client is a global non-for-profit organization focused on validating and certifying the safety of all vessel transportation around the globe for Marine, Offshore, Government and Energy / Cargo related customers.  We have been engaged over the past few years in a variety of Business-based, Digital, Data and IT related engagements.

Engagement Approach

The initial engagement started with major Business Strategy and Operating Model Transformation engagement.  Our work was driven by the CEO and his leadership across Operations, Technical and Enterprise Support Services (e.g.,  IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Digital and Analytics).  Our work was focused on major business outcomes such as increasing the Operating Margin, simplify and streamline the back office process cost structures and drive business outcomes associated with innovation and digital across the Enterprise.  In addition, we have been asked to work with the Chief Digital Officer to build the Digital Strategy and Innovation process.

Results

To date, we have increased the overall margin of the client, improved transparency across the Enterprise and its customers, designed a digital and innovation process and simplified all of the Mid-to Back Office Core Processes (IT inclusive).
