Opportunity to  coach a new leader responsible for the Information Technology Operations and Infrastructure of a $3bn MFG organization. Client requested Executive coaching support for a new hire to help innovate the current Operating Model, conduct an independent review of his capabilities as a leader and mentor his leadership style.

Tailored our Executive Coaching efforts to the needs of this leader to establish as well as build upon his leadership development objectives.  Our approach focused on advancing the Leaders’ communication, presence and emotional intelligence with his peers as well as VP leadership.  Our approach included our “strengths-based” assessment and Executive Coaching process including best practices and independent assessment (360 Review) process.
