Client requested Executive coaching support for a new hire to help develop his management style, skills, communication as well as conduct an independent review of his capabilities as a leader.

Tailored our Executive Coaching efforts to the needs of this leader to establish as well as build upon his leadership development objectives. Our approach focused on advancing the Leaders’ communication, presence and emotional intelligence with his peers as well as VP leadership. Our approach included our “strengths-based” assessment and Executive Coaching process including best practices and independent assessment (360 Review) process.
