Challenges Faced

A $3bn organization in the Conventional Shipping and Oil & Gas industries.   The Executive Coaching candidate held the title of Chief Operating Officer (COO) prior to our work as their Executive Coach.  We served as an Executive Coach and Mentor to the COO.  This also was part of grooming the COO to take over the role and responsibilities of a Chief Revenue Officer within next 2 years.  Leading to the maturity of the organization and its internal Business Development and Sales processes.

Engagement Approach

Our Executive Coaching approach was tailored to the Executive and his organization’s culture.  Our approach reflects a “strengths-based” philosophy and independent assessment (360 Review) process.  Our approach was inclusive of mentoring the candidate in both scheduled coaching sessions and impromptu or “just in time” mentoring efforts on an as needed basis.

Results

The Executive coaching candidate was promoted in approximately 18 months from the inception of our Executive level coaching process.  In addition, the candidate has designed new products and services as part of the organizations go to market strategy including establishing strategic partnerships and has enhanced the organizations market posture.
